You’ll be responsible for engaging business owners and decision-makers, identifying their payment-processing needs, and converting outbound conversations into high-quality, sales-ready appointments for our closing team.\nThe ideal candidate has experience selling payment processing, merchant services, fintech, SaaS, or B2B technology solutions and is comfortable speaking directly with business owners and senior decision-makers.\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to business owners and key decision-makers.\nGenerate qualified sales opportunities for payment-processing and merchant-services solutions.\nConduct effective discovery to understand a prospect’s current payment setup, business needs, challenges, and potential opportunities.\nQualify prospects based on fit, need, interest, decision-making authority, and sales potential before scheduling appointments.\nHandle common objections related to pricing, existing payment providers, contracts, switching providers, and general resistance to change.\nConsistently schedule qualified appointments that progress through the sales pipeline and contribute to closed revenue.\nMaintain accurate records of prospect conversations, follow-ups, qualification information, and appointment outcomes in the CRM.\nConsistently meet or exceed individual activity, appointment, qualification, and conversion KPIs.\nRequirements\n2+ years of outbound B2B sales or appointment-setting experience, with significant cold-calling experience.\n\nExperience selling payment processing, merchant services, fintech, SaaS, financial services, or B2B technology.\nExperience prospecting and selling directly to business owners, executives, or other decision-makers.\nExcellent spoken English and
