This role combines strong controller discipline with fractional CFO-level judgment.\nResponsibilities\nOwn the monthly financial close and ensure accurate, timely financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow).\nClean up and maintain the chart of accounts and oversee external accountants, tax preparers, and bookkeeping support.\nBuild financial reporting for contribution margins, marketing efficiency, payroll costs, cash runway, and profitability by offer and channel.\nDevelop rolling cash forecasts, budgets, and financial models to support business decisions.\nProvide monthly written insights and actionable recommendations on profitability, spending, hiring, and growth investments.\nIdentify and reduce unnecessary vendor and software expenses.\nEstablish financial controls, payment approval processes, and documented workflows.\nOversee contractor and international payroll processes across multiple countries.\nRequirements\n3+ years of finance experience, including experience as a Controller, Finance Manager, or Head of Finance.\nHands-on experience with US accounting and US-entity financials;
