Inbound Sales Consultant for a USA Client (Remote)

We're looking for a consultative Inbound Sales Consultant to own discovery and proposal calls for inbound and referral leads. You'll work with a documented framework, focus on maximizing show rates, and manage the full post-call follow-up in HubSpot. No cold prospecting - just warm, qualified leads. You'll also collaborate on deal scoping, pricing, and provide feedback to marketing on lead quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Run discovery and proposal calls using proven scripts and frameworks.
• Maintain a 15-min response time and 75%+ show rate.
• Manage end-to-end follow-up and pipeline hygiene in HubSpot.
• Drive account expansion through seasonal upgrade packages.
• Partner with leadership on pricing and scoping decisions.
• Give marketing actionable feedback on lead quality and fit.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years closing B2B deals (agency services or ecom SaaS preferred).
• Strong consultative selling skills (SPIN/Sandler familiarity).
• Excellent verbal English - clear and confident with UK/US/AU clients.
• HubSpot CRM discipline - meticulous logging and task management.
• Timezone overlap with UK/US/AU (South African or similar preferred).
• Klaviyo / retention marketing economics knowledge is a plus, not required.
