About the Role

We're looking for a driven, personable Sales Appointment Setter to join our payment processing team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients-educating them on our debit and credit card solutions and scheduling qualified appointments for our closing team. If you're a natural communicator who thrives on the phone and loves hitting targets, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Refine and execute outbound sales strategies to generate quality leads
• Make proactive cold calls to educate prospects on payment processing solutions
• Set a consistent daily volume of appointments to enable closers to hit 5-10 deals per week
• Build genuine rapport and maintain strong relationships with new clients
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close (with handoff support)
• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction

Requirements

• 2 years of sales experience with proven cold calling ability
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Excellent phone presence and ability to quickly build trust with prospects
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Must be available to work 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST
• Native-level English fluency
• Nice to have: Previous experience in a call center sales environment.
