Senior Data Analyst

Pair is seeking a Senior Data Analyst that will report directly to our Senior Manager of Data & Analytics. This individual should be analytical, strategic, and impact driven. This is an opportunity to work cross-functionally with various teams in the company to elevate the organization by uncovering trends and opportunities, decreasing the time to insight, and making data accessible to all.
What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with stakeholders in our growth marketing, merchandising, digital product, finance, wholesale and operations departments to define business questions and identify opportunities for data-driven improvements
Play a critical role in attacking opaque, unstructured problems; develop core analytic frameworks that shape the way the company thinks about our business
Dive head first into our data to uncover insights that can improve the customer experience, drive revenue, or cut costs for the business
Document and communicate data insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the company and advocate for a data-driven culture internally and externally
Build a data-driven culture throughout the organization to ensure that all decisions accurately utilize the most powerful data available
Work cross-functionally to upgrade and optimize our reporting framework in our BI tools and measure initiatives' impact by tracking KPIs
Who You Are:
Self-starter who has a great work ethic, analytical mind, and superior problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication skills - someone who values building relationships and enjoys explaining complex topics in simple terms
Proven experience analyzing and interpreting large sets of data in eCommerce, consumer packaged goods, GTM, sales, marketing, demand planning, sales & operations planning, supply chain, or manufacturing
Need to Have:
5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis or data science roles
Advanced skills in SQL, Python and dbt
Experience creating dashboards in BI tools such as Hex, Looker, or others
Experience working in modern data warehouse environments, e.g. Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery or similar
Nice to Have:
Experience with marketing attribution methods and building LTV or MMM models

At Pair, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The pay range for this position is expected to be between $120,000-$150,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
