The incumbent is responsible for increasing testing efficiency and coverage through automation improvement, new processes introduction and creation of the best test plans. In addition, the incumbent will be managing day to day operations and deliver high quality products to customers\n\nLocation: PAN India ( remote) \n\nResponsibilities / Essential Functions\n\nLead test planning, test documentation, reporting and design and implementation of validation procedures. \nPartner with Automation and Infrastructure team to leverage automation to allow better reliability and scalability. \nImplement process changes to scale testing efforts across multiple products \nDiagnose issues, report defects, and propose regression tests to discover recurrences \nWork with engineers and leads to triage and prioritize issues for resolution \nKnowledge of QA process with exposure to industry based process improvement techniques \nDemonstrated leadership capability with a vision of what and how to make things happen \nCollaborate with developers to improve overall product quality by emphasizing defect prevention throughout the development process \n\nRequirements\n\nBachelor's degree of higher in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field \n8+ years of relevant experience \nStrong experience in API test automation \nDatabase skills, mainly in SQL Server \nExperience of automation testing tool – Selenium \nRelevant work experience in development and/or testing role and programming background \nGood experience with different Operating Systems \nVerbal and Written Communication Skills \nClient Communication \nA good Team Player \nHighly motivated & self-driven with a proven ability to perform multi-tasking \nAchieving assigned Deadlines \nNever give up attitude \n\nWork And Physical Requirements\n\nThis position may work from home and/or office environment.
