You'll work closely with developers and cross-functional teams to identify issues, validate features, and ensure our products deliver a seamless user experience across web and mobile platforms.\n\nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys finding bugs, investigating issues, improving testing processes, and contributing to the overall quality of a fast-paced SaaS product.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nPerform manual testing of web and mobile applications to ensure functionality, usability, and reliability.\n\nPrepare, review, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans based on product requirements.\n\nConduct functional, regression, integration, and usability testing across different applications and features.\n\nIdentify, document, track, and verify software defects using bug-tracking tools.\n\nTest HR management systems, dashboards, business workflows, and other platform functionalities.\n\nCollaborate closely with developers, Product Managers, and other team members to investigate and resolve issues.\n\nPerform retesting and regression testing to ensure reported bugs are properly resolved without affecting existing functionalities.\n\nMaintain comprehensive testing documentation and prepare QA reports before product releases.\n\nContribute to improving testing processes, product quality, and overall user experience.\n\nDevelop practical knowledge of automation testing and explore opportunities to improve testing efficiency.\n\nMinimum Requirements\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\n1-2 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance.\n\nPractical experience in manual testing of web and/or mobile applications.\n\nUnderstanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.\n\nAbility to write and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.\n\nFamiliarity with functional, regression, integration, and usability testing.\n\nBasic understanding of automation testing concepts and tools.\n\nExperience with bug-tracking and test management tools such as Jira or similar platforms.\n\nStrong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent attention to detail with the ability to identify edge cases and inconsistencies.\n\nGood communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.\n\nPreferred Skills\n\nExperience testing SaaS-based products, HRMS, ERP, or other management platforms.\n\nFamiliarity with API testing tools such as Postman.\n\nBasic understanding of SQL and database testing.\n\nExposure to automation testing frameworks and tools.\n\nExperience testing responsive web applications and mobile applications.\n\nA proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to product quality.\n\nOur Culture\n\nWe are a global team of iterative, growth-minded individuals.\n\nWe are accountable and committed to our goals.\n\nWe are problem-focused and transparent in our actions towards achieving goals.\n\nWe are team players who are honest and caring toward each other.\n\nWe thrive in environments where everyone can speak up, contribute ideas, and push for the overall mission of the company, which is to redefine the way workers globally are managed, earn, and grow.\n\nInterview Process\n\nPlease note that for technical positions, we conduct technical evaluations to assess candidates' practical knowledge and expertise.
