To do that, we need exceptional people on our team.\nAbout the position:\nMaintains and supports the integrity of the operating system environment and various computer systems. Performs systems maintenance tasks, such as system back-up, recovery, and file maintenance to promote uptime and efficient performance. Acquires, installs, and tests system software upgrades and computer components. Configures software and resolves technical problems. Maintains documentation of IT infrastructure and troubleshooting procedures.\nQualifications:\n5+ years of systems and network administration experience.\nExperience supporting enterprise application production environments.\nExperience with Azure and AWS cloud services.\nExperience administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.\nExperience supporting security investigations and operational incidents.\nExcellent troubleshooting skills.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCloud & Infrastructure OperationsAdminister Microsoft Azure and AWS infrastructure.\nManage virtual machines, networking, storage, backups, and disaster recovery capabilities.\nMonitor platform health, performance, and capacity requirements.\nPerform infrastructure upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management.\n\nIdentity & Access ManagementAdminister Entra ID and Microsoft 365 services.\nManage MFA, Conditional Access, privileged access, and identity governance controls.\nSupport SAML, OIDC, and federated authentication integrations.\nPerform access reviews and support onboarding/offboarding processes.\n\nSystems AdministrationManage Windows and Linux server environments.\nTroubleshoot operating system, networking, storage, and application issues.\nMaintain DNS, certificates, security configurations, and server hardening standards.\n\nProduction Application SupportSupport infrastructure used by business-critical applications and services.\nPartner with development teams on deployments and architecture improvements.\nAssist with modernization initiatives, database migrations, and platform transformation projects.\n\nSecurity OperationsInvestigate security alerts and suspicious activity.\nSupport vulnerability remediation and patch compliance.\nAssist with incident response and root-cause analysis activities.\nImplement and maintain infrastructure security controls.\n\nKnowledge, Skills, Abilities Required:\nCloudAzure\nAWS\nBackup and Disaster Recovery\nAzure DevOps\n\nIdentityEntra ID\nSSO/SAML/OIDC\nConditional Access\n\nSystems/LanguagesWindows Server\nLinux\nPowerShell\nPython\n\nManagementIntune\nEndpoint Security\nPatch Management\nAutomation\n\nOptional experience but extremely desirable:\nInfrastructure as Code\nAuth0\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\nThis position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.\nPhysical Requirements:\nProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.\nMust be able to lift 15 pounds at times.\nAdditional Information:\nWe value building direct relationships with our candidates and prefer to manage our hiring process internally.
