Manage brand calendars effectively.\n\n Oversee the full cycle of brand campaigns, including planning, KPI setting, budgeting, and performance optimization.\n\n Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all channels to maintain messaging and visual consistency. Address deviations proactively.\n\n Drive sustainable growth by evaluating and adjusting current strategies for improved impact.\n\nQualifications:\n\n Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications, MBA highly preferred.\n\n Minimum 4 years in brand management, marketing, or a similar role with a proven track record of brand growth.\n\n Proficient in data analysis and reporting; experience with Google Analytics, social media analytics, and similar tools.\n\n Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail, deadlines, and results.\n\n Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear stakeholder presentations.\n\n Expertise in digital marketing, social media strategies, and leading digital campaigns.\n\n Strong organizational skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nPreferred Skills:\n\n Familiarity with marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).\n\n Experience in automotive or tech industry brand strategies.\n\n Advanced Excel skills for data analysis.\n\nAt PakWheels, we take pride in fostering a dynamic and innovative workplace culture that values collaboration and growth.
