You’ll contribute to complex, fast-moving work that may span legal, corporate, finance, and strategic matters.\nThis is a broad role for someone who is curious, resourceful, and ready to help where the need is greatest. You’ll work with experienced colleagues to research issues, organize information, coordinate across teams, and move projects forward. Priorities may change, and you may be asked to take on work outside a defined area. Travel may be required based on business needs and internship logistics.\nCore Responsibilities\nSupport the OCFO and company leaders on strategic initiatives and high-priority projects\nResearch legal, corporate, finance, and business issues and summarize findings for the team\nHelp assess complex or ambiguous questions, identify relevant considerations, and prepare materials to support decisions\nCoordinate with Finance and other teams, as well as external advisors, to keep projects moving\nAssist with corporate transactions, governance matters, public-company processes, and other work as priorities require\nTake on new projects as the company’s needs evolve and contribute wherever support is most valuable\nTravel when needed and feasible to support business priorities\nWhat We Value\nExperience in investment banking, corporate environments, consulting, accounting, or other finance related roles, is preferred but not required\nStrong research, writing, analytical, and organizational skills\nCuriosity about how legal and business considerations intersect\nResourcefulness and willingness to take on unfamiliar work in a fast-changing environment\nAbility to manage competing priorities, communicate clearly, and follow through on complex assignments\nSound judgment, discretion, and care when handling sensitive information\nFlexibility and willingness to travel
