a program & events strategy across Palantir’s product teams, connecting industry and early talent programming to company priorities\nCreate distinctive event concepts and programs that reflect Palantir’s work and stand apart from conventional events and programs\nLead programs from initial concept through planning, stakeholder alignment, execution, and follow-up\nEstablish clear plans, owners, and measures of success across a complex portfolio of programs, events and initiatives\nEvaluate program outcomes, understand what worked and why, and apply those lessons to improve or scale
