Our mandate is broad, and you'll work on projects that span People Experience operational responsibilities as well as internal events, new hire onboarding, and logistics support.\nAs a Talent Program Manager, you’ll work with other program managers to support initiatives across People Experience, Events, and Learning. You’ll host Indoc, our new-hire program, in London about every other week and partner with company leaders to improve the program and showcase great work across the business. You’ll also help keep key People Experience projects on track by improving processes, clearing roadblocks, and anticipating what stakeholders need. This role suits someone who enjoys solving problems, bringing structure to ambiguity, and learning from good ideas, wherever they come from. The team and its work are still evolving, so flexibility and a willingness to pick up new skills are important.\nCore Responsibilities\nFacilitate new hire onboarding in-person in our London office every other week (on average)\nOwn operational workflows across the People Experience team, spanning new hire onboarding, learning programs, and internal events both on and offsite\nWork directly with external stakeholders, as well as internal teams (e.g. Finance, Procurement, Legal, Information Security, etc.) to coordinate the full life cycle for event logistics, contracts, and payments\nLeverage new product and artificial intelligence to scale team’s operational reach\nWhat We Value\nComfortable facilitating large events, with the ability to command a room of 20-200+ attendees\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders while building positive working relationships\nStrong organization and problem-solving skills.
