helping define how AI is operationalized inside modern companies.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead end-to-end implementation of StartupOS solutions for customers\nServe as the primary point of contact post-sale\nGuide customers through onboarding, rollout, and adoption\nManage implementation timelines, deliverables, and program execution\nTranslate customer workflows and pain points into tailored AI-enabled solutions\nDeliver measurable value throughout the engagement lifecycle\nPartner closely with sales, product, and technical teams\nProvide structured feedback to influence product roadmap and implementation strategy\nHelp develop repeatable implementation frameworks and best practices\nIdentify expansion opportunities based on customer outcomes and evolving needs\nRequirements\n5+ years of experience in consulting, implementation, strategy, operations, or customer transformation roles\nBackground from a top-tier consulting firm or similarly rigorous environment (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, Accenture, etc.)\nExperience working with venture capital firms, family offices, financial services organizations, or executive stakeholders\nStrong program management and client execution capabilities\nExceptional communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills\nAbility to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments\nStrong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability\nComfort working across both strategic and operational conversations\nHigh ownership mindset with strong attention to detail\nCuriosity and enthusiasm around AI-native business models and emerging technologies\nPrior AI experience is not required -
