This role is pivotal in managing our growing base of sellers, particularly those with strong businesses both on and off Palmstreet, and shaping the way we approach category growth and marketing.\nThis role primarily supports U.S.-based sellers, so professional-level English fluency with excellent written and verbal communication skills is required. This is an exciting opportunity to directly influence the growth by supporting sellers at scale and driving day-to-day operational excellence.\nIf you thrive in strategic execution, structure, and seller relationships; this may be the role for you! You’ll play a hands-on role in growing revenue by ensuring promising sellers get the support they need to thrive on-platform-especially in their early weeks-while also helping to implement repeatable frameworks for scalable growth.\nThis role sits at the intersection of category operations and account management offering broad exposure, high ownership, and clear pathways to measurable outcomes. You’ll see your work reflected in seller & category growth-and you’ll be a critical part of making the plants category not just stable, but scalable.\nThe right candidate must be based in Mexico.\nResponsibilities:\nSupport emerging sellers who show early promise and identify existing emerging sellers with high growth potential by analyzing sales data metrics\n\nGrow sellers with sizable off-platform businesses, helping them transition to scalable success on Palmstreet\n\nIdentify and nurture emerging and top-performing sellers by:\nMonitoring data to surface opportunity accounts\n\nProviding structured support (e.g., strategy sessions, targeted incentives).\n\nGuiding seller growth\n\nDevelop a formulaic and scalable growth framework for these cohorts:\nEstablish seller touchpoint cadences\n\nIdentifying emerging sellers and proactively reaching out\n\nTest incentives and motivators for sellers to promote growth on our app\n\nExecute category operations with cross-functional teams\n\nManage ad-hoc seller needs and internal coordination\n\nMonitor seller performance and pipeline health, escalating insights as needed\n\nQualifications:\nProfessional-level English fluency, with excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills\n\n3+ years in a high touch-point collaborative Account Manager or Category Manager role with a proven track record of success; preferably within a early stage or high growth startup, marketplace experience a plus\n\nReliable computer, smart phone and reliable high-speed internet connection.\n\nService Mindset -You are a seller(customer)-obsessed and execution-focused operator with a passion to work with small businesses\n\nStrategic with a focus on operations - you possess the ability to build structure from ambiguity, and manage the daily realities of a fast-growing category\n\nDetail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive, with the ability to manage dozens of seller touch-points simultaneously\n\nStrong communicator - persuasive and approachable, capable of motivating sellers through friendly, thoughtful communication while building trust quickly\n\nInnovative Creator - constantly generating new ideas to help sellers grow and to build better internal processes and programs\n\nYour Location: Mexico\nCompensation\nThe hourly compensation range for this role is $8-10/hr USD\n\nShifts will fall between 12PM-8PM ET Monday through Friday\n\nWhy Join Us?\nPlay a key role in launching and growing Palmstreet’s community in Mexico.\n\nJoin a fast-paced startup where ownership, initiative, and results are recognized.\n\nWork remotely while connecting with entrepreneurs, creators, and sellers across Mexico.\n\nHelp shape the future of live shopping and social commerce in a new market.\n\nOur Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion Palmstreet is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
