You will connect with prospective sellers through digital channels, understand their businesses, communicate the value of selling on Palmstreet, guide qualified sellers through the onboarding process, and keep supporting their growth on Palmstreet.\nAll seller acquisition and relationship-building will take place online, and the position is fully remote. This is a high-intensity role that requires flexibility, including frequent evening and weekend work, to connect with sellers when they are most available.\nResponsibilities:\nIdentify and research high-potential sellers, creators, shops, and communities across Mexico.\n\nBuild a strong pipeline of seller leads and consistently meet outreach, onboarding, and activation targets.\n\nPersuade qualified sellers to join the platform and guide them through the onboarding process.\n\nBuild long-term relationships with sellers and support their early success on Palmstreet.\n\nGather seller feedback and market insights to help improve our product and go-to-market strategy in Mexico.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and customer support.\n\nWork flexible hours, including frequent evenings and weekends, based on seller availability and business needs.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications:\nBased in Mexico with authorization to work locally.\n\n2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a related role.\n\nStrong sales ability, including prospecting, relationship-building, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.\n\nProfessional working proficiency in English; native Spanish speaker.\n\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment with frequent evening and weekend work.\n\nFluent with latest AI tools.\n\nExperience working with sellers, creators, small businesses, or online communities is preferred.\n\nInterest in collectibles or trading cards is a plus.\n\nYour Location: Mexico\nCompensation\nBase hourly compensation: $8-$10 USD per hour.\n\nThis role is eligible for performance-based commission tied to seller acquisition and activation results.\n\nSpecific commission structure and targets will be discussed during the interview process.\n\nWorking hours will vary and will include frequent evenings and weekends.\n\nWhy Join Us?\nPlay a key role in launching and growing Palmstreet’s community in Mexico.\n\nJoin a fast-paced startup where ownership, initiative, and results are recognized.\n\nWork remotely while connecting with entrepreneurs, creators, and sellers across Mexico.\n\nHelp shape the future of live shopping and social commerce in a new market.\n\nOur Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion Palmstreet is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
