This model supports real-time problem-solving, stronger relationships, and the kind of precision that drives great outcomes.Job Summary\nPrincipal Software Engineer - Connectors Framework (IGA)\nRole Overview\nWe are hiring a Principal Software Engineer to join a small team of engineers building the connectors framework for our Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) product. In this role you will help code, design, secure, improve, scale, test and maintain how our platform integrates with enterprise and Saas systems.\nKey Responsibilities\nContribute to architecture and system design for connector services: APIs, integration patterns, data flows, and operational boundaries.\nHarden and scale the framework and related microservices for performance, fault tolerance, and maintainability.\nWork in an AI first environment and help drive AI adoption across the team.\nPartner with product and engineering peers on technical trade-offs, roadmap alignment, and production readiness.\nParticipate in code review, design discussion, and incident learning; help raise engineering quality across the team.\nRequired Qualifications\nSenior-level experience: approximately 8+ years in software engineering, with sustained ownership of production services from design through deployment and ongoing operation\nStrong grounding in software and systems design (abstractions, contracts, failure modes, scalability, and security implications).\nHands-on experience working in an AI first environment and working with SDD methodology\nHands-on experience shipping and operating microservices on AWS in production\nRelevant technical depth in integration or connector-style systems (sync and incremental jobs, retries, idempotency, backpressure, rate limits); distributed backends at meaningful scale\nDemonstrated impact such as improving reliability, performance, or security with clear outcomes; active participation in design reviews; and production accountability\nIdentity or IGA-adjacent domain knowledge - user and entitlement lifecycle, provisioning and deprovisioning, access reviews, integrations with HRIS / ITSM / directories, SSO (SAML/OIDC), SCIM, and familiarity with audit, compliance, and least-privilege concerns in access systems.\nQualifications\nOur Commitment\nWe’re trailblazers that dream big, take risks, and challenge cybersecurity’s status quo.
