This is part of the core engineering team that focuses on leveraging AI and specialized tools to complement team support. The R&D Operations Team ensures excellent customer experience and engineering productivity by building AI tools, custom automations, and intelligent agents.\nPotential candidates must have the skills and know-how to master any new technology and become productive quickly. The common thread across all tasks is that we work with cutting-edge AI, custom automations, and intelligent agents that will become the next standards in the security industry.\nImpact\nDesign, develop, and deploy AI-driven tools, custom automations, and intelligent agents to streamline R&D operations and improve engineering productivity.\nEnable support and engineering teams on the newly developed automations for smooth rollout\nCollaborate cross-functionally to solve hard technical problems.\nWork with the customer-facing teams (CS, Support, Sales) to represent engineering on critical customer calls.\nWork with engineering, product, and program management to define, build, and scale various workflows, automation, and agents\nQualifications\nYou’re a hands-on engineer who utilizes top-notch troubleshooting techniques, uses all the tools and systems available within the R&D organization & digs deeper into code to debug customer issues. \nYou have a minimum of 5 years of experience working as a software engineer.\nProven experience developing internal-facing software, AI-assisted tooling, automation frameworks, or custom agents to empower support and engineering teams.\nExperience driving technical projects end-to-end, including design, architecture, and successful deployment of new operational tools.\n5 years of hands-on experience with Python, Golang, and Linux.\nExperience working with at least one cloud platform (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure) and cloud native technologies i.e., Docker, Kubernetes.\nKnowledge and experience with continuous integration, continuous deployment (CICD), and test-driven development.\nExperience in building web applications, REST API, and microservices.\nExperience with implementing application-level monitoring on a full stack.\nExperience with large-scale application troubleshooting and performance tuning.\nAbility to multitask and prioritize multiple customer requests.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nBS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent experience.\nBonus points: Good knowledge of cloud security architecture, web application security, and security engineering.\nOur Commitment\nWe’re trailblazers that dream big, take risks, and challenge cybersecurity’s status quo.
