This model supports real-time problem-solving, stronger relationships, and the kind of precision that drives great outcomes.Job Summary\nAs a Senior Technical Product Engineer, you will be a key bridge between the product and the field, ensuring our product meets customer needs and that customers maximize its value. You will act as the product expert for customers and field agents, managing technical engagements from pre-sales to post-sales. Your role involves designing integrations and translating customer requirements into scalable product capabilities, ultimately shaping the future of our offerings.\nKey Responsibilities\nCollaborate with Sales, Product Management, partners, and customers to drive innovation and ensure secure, scalable adoption of AES solution.\n\nLead complex, cross-functional projects that shape the product roadmap and align with field-driven priorities.\n\nDesign and oversee customer POVs, deployments and integrations (APIs, workflows, security controls) and identify new integration opportunities.\n\nProvide actionable feedback to Product Managers to influence development in areas such as cloud posture, workload protection, and identity management.\n\nDesign and deliver automation content, playbooks, and lead enablement initiatives across partners, sellers, and customer facustomer-facingcing roles.\n\nAdvocate for best practices in securing modern application architectures using automation, contextual risk insights, and risk driven policies.\n\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nAt least 5 years of experience in technology companies, working with complex enterprise technologies.\n\nAt least 5 years of experience in customcustomer-facinger facing roles.\n\nAt least 2 years of experience with security orchestration, automation, and response technology.\n\nUnderstanding of security operations use cases.\n\nExcellent written and verbal interpersonal skills with strong presentation abilities.\n\nStrong work ethic, integrity, and organizational skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in endpoint security products.\n\nExperience managing cross-functional programs in a fast-paced environment.\n\nExcellent professional presence and confidence working with and advising all levels of an organization, including top executives.\n\nAbility to inspire teams, colleagues, and executives, paired with an ability to execute.\n\nOur Commitment\nWe’re trailblazers that dream big, take risks, and challenge cybersecurity’s status quo.
