This model supports real-time problem-solving, stronger relationships, and the kind of precision that drives great outcomes.Job Summary\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDesign, build, and maintain CI/CD and MLOps pipelines for automated application and AI model deployments.\nManage cloud infrastructure and compute resources using IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.\nImplement end-to-end observability using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog to monitor system health.\nCollaborate with development and AI/ML teams to containerize applications using Docker and Kubernetes.\nProvision, configure, and manage core AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, and EKS.\nScale and optimize containerized workloads using Amazon EKS, including cluster upgrades and node group tuning.\nConfigure and manage NGINX for ingress routing, reverse proxying, load balancing, and SSL/TLS termination.\nBuild custom dashboards, define SLOs/SLAs, and set up proactive alerting via PagerDuty and Datadog.\nSupport AI teams by providing self-service platform tools and optimizing GPU/TPU compute resources.\nQualifications\nMinimum of 3 to 6 years of proven experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or a related field.\nBSc/B.Tech/BE in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline is mandatory.\nExtensive hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Infrastructure and core cloud services.\nProficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and managing containerized workloads at scale.\nStrong expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).\nDeep understanding of observability, telemetry, and monitoring tools (Datadog, Open Telemetry, Grafana).\nExcellent design, analytical, and troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach to problem-solving.\nFluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-team collaboration.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in testing methodologies and developing unit, integration, system, and API tests.\nStrong networking foundations, including TCP/IP, DNS, Network Protocols, and Routing.\nKnowledge of security principles, risk management, threat modeling, and secure configuration.\nHands-on database usage experience and a solid understanding of data engineering concepts.\nDemonstrated experience working within Agile development methodologies and practices.\nActive Cloud Solution Architect Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect).\nFamiliarity with the open-source community and a proactive drive for continuous self-learning.\nOur Commitment\nWe’re trailblazers that dream big, take risks, and challenge cybersecurity’s status quo.
