We are looking for an IT Operations Specialist to be the backbone of our APAC tech infrastructure. Based in Singapore and reporting directly to our CTO, you will take the lead in ensuring our IT systems are efficient, secure, and future-ready.\nThis is more than just an IT support role, you will be driving the implementation and maintenance of our tools, platforms, and processes that power our people. If you are someone who loves solving problems, streamlining operations, and making a meaningful impact across international teams, we would love to hear from you!\nYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES\nOversee day-to-day IT operations across our offices, including infrastructure, devices, and networks\n\nManage onboarding/offboarding workflows, user access, and permissions across SaaS platforms (e.g. Microsoft 365, GitHub, VPN, Notion)\n\nPlan, maintain, and evaluate IT systems, ensuring data security, network reliability, and robust backup processes\n\nHandle basic user support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues\n\nMaintain internal tooling configurations, IT documentation, and asset inventory\n\nSupport audits and ensure compliance with security standards (e.g. ISO27001)\n\nLiaise with vendors and manage IT procurement to ensure cost-effective solutions\n\nContinuously identify and implement improvements to scale and secure our tech environment\n\nWHO YOU ARE\nProven working experience supporting an organisation's technology needs\n\nExperience with operating systems and platform patching and maintenance (Mac / Windows / Unix / Linux)\n\nExperience with automation and monitoring system\n\nProficient in managing Microsoft 365, including user administration, access control, and security configurations\n\nFamiliar with SaaS tools and workflows, including onboarding/offboarding, permission management, and internal tool configuration\n\nLinux / Unix - Command Line Interface (CLI) and system administration proficiency\n\nHands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation (Routing, Firewalls, VPN, ...)\n\nHands-on experience with Microsoft 365\n\nCloud computing platform experience (IAM and billing)\n\nGOOD-TO-HAVE\nVirtualization concepts\n\nConfiguration Management (e.g. Git, Jenkins, Chef, Puppet, …)\n\nSupporting ISO27001 audits, data center operations, or data governance initiatives\n\nWell organized and able to work under limited supervision\n\nWe will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require sponsorship of a visa.\nMore About PALO IT\nWe’re eager to adapt to change, learn from our experiences and move to meet our planet’s urgent needs.
