As a Senior AI Native Engineer (AI-Native), you will lead the development of complex features and modules while guiding team members on technical decisions and AI-assisted development practices.\nYou will partner with Tech Leads, Architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions. You will apply Palo IT's Gen-E2 methodology to accelerate delivery and improve engineering quality.\nYour Responsibility\nDrive Fullstack development with AI-augmented practices.\n\nEnsure code quality through testing, code reviews, and AI-assisted analysis.\n\nUnderstand DevOps workflows and implement CI/CD automation pipelines.\n\nDesign high-performance, scalable solutions using AI-powered approaches.\n\nIdentify and implement opportunities for AI enhancement in applications.\n\nLeverage AI tool to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.\n\nStay current with emerging AI technologies and development practices.\n\nYour Profile\nAs our company transitions into an AI-focused firm, all developers are expected to demonstrate proficiency in AI-augmented development practices. We are looking for a creative, self-motivated individual with the following qualifications and qualities:\nDeep technological expertise and a strong software development background.\n\nExperience in developing scalable, reliable, and secure applications\n\nProficiency in working with AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ...) for code generation and problem-solving.\n\nUnderstanding of prompt engineering principles for optimal AI tool interaction.\n\nAbility to effectively collaborate with AI tools while maintaining code quality and adherence to best practices.\n\nCritical thinking to validate and verify AI-generated code and solutions.\n\nAdaptability and willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with the rapidly evolving AI landscape.\n\nExcellent interpersonal and cross-group collaboration skills.\n\nIndependent thinker with a strong work ethic.\n\nDetail-oriented and excellent organizational skills.\n\nPossess excellent communication skills with the ability to speak Cantonese and Mandarin considered a plus.\n\nStrong understanding of common programming patterns and principles.\n\nStrong team player.\n\nStrong troubleshooting skills and ability to meet deadlines.\n\nAt least 8 years of relevant experience.
