Your Role

As a Software Engineer .NET at PALO IT, you will take charge of corrective and evolutionary maintenance, as well as the development of new functionalities on enterprise applications based on Microsoft technologies. You will play an integral role in analyzing, designing, implementing, testing, and providing technical support for solutions, ensuring the quality, maintainability, and evolution of applications.

• Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance of existing applications.

• Develop new functionalities following established development standards.

• Analyze functional and technical requirements to design scalable and maintainable solutions.

• Design and implement reusable components adhering to architectural principles and best practices.

• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement activities.

• Develop and integrate necessary APIs and services for the solutions.

• Implement queries and modifications on SQL Server databases.

• Engage in incidents resolution and root cause analysis.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Who You Are

• Proficient in C# and .NET Framework 4.8, with experience in .NET 6 or higher.

• Familiar with ASP.NET MVC 5, ASP.NET Web API 2, and ASP.NET Core (Web API, Razor Pages, Minimal APIs).

• Experienced in Entity Framework 6 and Entity Framework Core.

• Knowledgeable in RESTful APIs, SOAP services, WCF, and Microsoft Graph API.

• Familiar with front-end technologies including TypeScript, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery.

• Experienced in SQL Server & Azure SQL Database with a good command of Stored Procedures.

• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure on Azure, including Blob Storage, Key Vault, and Azure App Services.

• Basic understanding of Docker.

• Optional: Experience with security practices using JWT, ASP.NET Identity, OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0.

• Strong grasp of architectural patterns such as Clean Architecture and service-oriented architecture.

• Familiarity with SOLID principles and Clean Code practices, capable of applying best practices in maintainability.
