We're proud to be a World Economic Forum New Champion, and a B Corp-certified company.\nWe are small enough to care locally, big enough to deliver globally (10 countries, 450+ experts from 50+ nationalities)\n\nWe are becoming an agentic organization, adopting the AI-native operating model we bring to our clients.\n\nWe are robust and resilient (100% independent, 0 debt, founded 2009)\n\nWe are AI-native professionals who invest in what we believe and work as a collective intelligence\n\nWe are positive, courageous and deliver at the leading edge\n\nYour Role\nAs an Administrative and Financial Intern, you will be responsible for a range of financial and administrative tasks which include but are not limited to\nManage and ensure compliance with fiscal administration, including downloading and archiving relevant TAX documents.\n\nGenerate invoices using internal platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to clients.\n\nContribute to the financial control process by updating payment files and preparing monthly reports on team assignments and cash flow reconciliations.\n\nProvide operational support to the financial team by maintaining accurate records in internal platforms and facilitating administrative tasks as needed.\n\nParticipate in the collection process: monitoring accounts receivable and providing lists for payment supplements.\n\nEnsure all documentation is organized and easily accessible for audits and reviews.\n\nWho You Are\nA student in the final semesters of Accounting, Finance, Administration, or a related field.\n\nEager to develop skills in Finance, Administration, and Management Control.\n\nDetail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.\n\nProactive with a high sense of responsibility and confidentiality.\n\nIntermediate Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, SUMIF, filters, and handling databases).\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).\n\nBasic understanding of digital tools and web platforms.\n\nDesired Knowledge\nIntermediate English proficiency (reading and writing emails), or higher is a plus.\n\nFamiliarity with HubSpot is an advantage.\n\nKnowledge of accounting, tax processes, or electronic invoicing systems is a plus.\n\nMore About PALO IT \nOur clients include some of the world’s most successful companies.
