specifications.\n\nMachine Monitoring: Monitor machine performance throughout production runs and identify potential issues related to tooling, quality, or machine operation.\n\nTooling & Adjustments: Perform routine tool changes and approved machine adjustments to maintain product quality and production efficiency.\n\nProduction Documentation: Accurately record production information, inspections, and job data within company systems.\n\nSafety & Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety procedures.\n\nContinuous Improvement: Support lean manufacturing initiatives and contribute ideas to improve quality, efficiency, and workflow.\n\nTeam Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors, maintenance personnel, quality team members, and fellow operators to achieve production goals.\n\n Experience & Education:\nHigh School Diploma or GED required\n\n1-2+ years of CNC machining or CNC operation experience\n\nFamiliarity with FANUC robotic systems, automated machine tending, or robotic manufacturing cells preferred\n\nTechnical training in CNC Machining, Machine Tool Technology, or a related field is a plus\n\nExperience working in a production manufacturing environment\n\nExperience reading blueprints and work instructions preferred\n\nSkills:\nAbility to operate CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment\n\nExperience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges\n\nStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities\n\nUnderstanding of quality standards and inspection procedures\n\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications\n\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work\n\nAbility to work independently while
