Wisconsin\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nRecruiting & Administrative Support\nComplete our recruiter training program and assist with recruiting projects\nSchedule phone and on-site interviews using Outlook and shared calendars\nConduct initial phone screens using a structured template and accurately document notes\nManage candidate communication, follow-ups, and scheduling logistics\nUpdate and maintain applicant tracking systems and internal recruiting database\nOperations & Technical Support\nManage shared folders, documents, and internal files\nAssist with data entry, reporting, projects, and internal process documentation\nSupport recruiters across multiple client projects with administrative tasks\nMaintain organization and accuracy across multiple systems and tools\nMarketing & Research Support\nAssist with basic marketing tasks such as updating content, organizing materials, and light research\nSupport sales and marketing initiatives through research, list building, or data cleanup\nHelp maintain consistency across documents, templates, and materials\n Qualifications\nCurrently enrolled in college (Business, Marketing, Communications, HR, or related field preferred)\nStrong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail\nComfortable on the phone and interacting professionally with candidates and internal teams\nStrong technical skills with Microsoft Office Suite\nExperience or coursework in marketing, marketing tools, and content strongly preferred\nAble to manage multiple tasks and deadlines without constant
