We trust you will find employment here challenging, yet highly rewarding.\n Responsibilities: How this position supports the vision\nOwn inbound flow from appointment/dock scheduling through receipt verification and put-away readiness.\nLead receiving and put-away processes to support timely availability of product for downstream operations.\nManage dock scheduling and inbound capacity to reduce congestion, detention, and avoidable dwell time.\nEstablish and enforce vendor compliance standards for labeling, Advanced shipping notice/packing list accuracy, delivery appointments, palletization, and documentation as applicable.\nPartner with Inventory Control, Outbound, Transportation, and Process Leads to resolve receiving discrepancies and flow constraints.\nMonitor inbound productivity, labor utilization, quality, damage, and receiving accuracy.\nDevelop standard work and escalation routines for inbound associates and Team Leads.\nPartner with the training team to create and perform support peak planning and continuous improvement initiatives that increase inbound capacity and reduce touches.\nProactive and timely communication of concerns, issues, and ideas for improvement to Management.\nProtects company assets, ensuring all equipment is used and maintained properly.\nMaintains awareness of cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.\nAdheres to all security and safety rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment for all Associates.\nAssist in any task requested by either the direct Manager or any person in Management.\nMaintain a highly efficient work environment.\nWork as a team within all functional work areas.\n Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, Safety, or related field preferred;
