We trust you will find employment here challenging, yet highly rewarding.\n Responsibilities: How This Position Supports The Vision\nOwn the accuracy and integrity of inventory records, locations, counts, adjustments, and control processes.\nEstablish and manage cycle count programs, inventory audits, discrepancy research, and corrective actions.\nPartner with Inbound and Outbound to investigate shorts, overages, mis-slots, damages, and transaction errors.\nOwn or coordinate returns processes and ensure product disposition and system transactions are completed accurately.\nMonitor inventory accuracy by location, SKU, process, and root cause to identify recurring control failures.\nLead audit readiness and documentation for inventory control procedures and internal requirements.\nPartner with Supply Chain on inventory availability, replenishment issues, and root-cause resolution.\nDevelop Team Leads and Process Leads on inventory handling standards and discrepancy escalation.\n Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, Safety, or related field preferred;
