# Intermediate ETL Developer

We’re looking for an Intermediate ETL Developer to join Pandell-ESG's Project Services team. You’ll help customers move their data into our software and work alongside a strong team that’s ready to roll up their sleeves and help. About the role You’ll work through the details of each migration: understanding the customer’s data, planning how it needs to be converted, and writing the scripts to make it happen. You’ll learn different data models, adapt our conversion tools, and troubleshoot along the way. You’ll also have opportunities to take the technical lead on small to medium-sized projects and help other team members build their skills and confidence. It’s a role for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work and wants to take on more responsibility with a team behind them.
