In return, we’ll support you with the trust, tools, and flexibility you need to do your best work.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDesign, build, and maintain secure, scalable cloud and hybrid infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.\nWork with development teams to build and improve automated CI/CD pipelines.\nAutomate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, deployment, monitoring, and recovery.\nDevelop and maintain observability tools, with a focus on Datadog for metrics, logs, traces, and alerting.\nEstablish service level objectives and practical alerting standards to improve reliability and help teams resolve issues quickly.\nMonitor cloud spending, identify savings opportunities, and introduce cost controls while maintaining performance and reliability.\nMaintain and improve VMware environments, including availability, capacity, and performance.\nTroubleshoot complex production incidents, identify root causes, and implement lasting improvements.\nPartner with security teams to strengthen infrastructure security and support compliance requirements.\nLead disaster recovery planning and testing, along with ongoing capacity planning and performance tuning.\nMentor other engineers and contribute to technical standards, architecture diagrams, and operational documentation.\nRequirements\n8+ years of relevant experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering.\nAt least five years of experience designing, operating, and improving enterprise environments that include Windows, Linux, and SQL-based systems.\nStrong experience with at least one major cloud platform. AWS is preferred; Azure or Google Cloud experience is also relevant.\nHands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.\nStrong knowledge of VMware technologies, including vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter, along with experience running Docker and Kubernetes in production.\nExperience with enterprise storage, networking, and security infrastructure.\nScripting and automation skills using Python, PowerShell, Bash, Go, or a combination of these.\nExperience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI, along with Git version control.\nExperience implementing monitoring and observability solutions, including Datadog.\nFamiliarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.\nClear communication skills and the ability to explain technical decisions, manage competing priorities, and guide projects involving several teams.\nA degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.\nBonus Points If You Have\nExperience leading large-scale migrations to AWS.\nStrong SQL Server administration skills and experience supporting IIS.\nExperience with cloud cost management and FinOps practices, including rightsizing, Savings Plans or Reserved Instances, tagging, and budgets.\nExperience establishing DevOps practices and cloud governance standards.\nExperience with additional monitoring tools such as ELK, Prometheus, or Grafana.\nBenefits\nWhat’s In It for You?\nHere are just a few things we offer:\nWork-from-home or office flexibility -
