trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and innovate our service offerings.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to support business development initiatives and drive revenue growth.\n\nProvide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members to foster a culture of excellence and professional development.\n\nContribute to growing Pando’s global HCP panel\n\nRequirements:\nMinimum of 6-8 years of Experience in the Life Sciences industry\n\nProven track record of success in leading and managing market research projects from conception to completion.\n\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.\n\nDemonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team building, talent development, and driving results.\n\nClient-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.\n\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.\n\nExperience in a successful startup or similar fast paced environment.\n\nMission driven, with a focus in
