Join us now as\nDirector Logistics & Planning (m/f/d)\nHamburg | Full-time\nLet’s DELIVER together:\nOur Director, Logistics & Planning provides strategic leadership for Pandora’s end to end distribution and fulfilment ecosystem across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The role owns the strategic direction, performance and evolution of third-party logistics (3PL) partnerships and Local Fulfilment Centres (LFCs), ensuring scalable, cost efficient and customer centric fulfilment solutions across e-commerce, POSM fulfilment, and Jewellery & POSM transportation.\nWith responsibility for approximately 95 employees across 13 countries, the role plays a critical part in shaping Pandora’s regional supply chain strategy, translating global ambitions into strong regional execution. The position drives network design, partner strategy, governance, and continuous improvement across all channels, while developing leadership capabilities and organisational maturity to support long term growth and operational excellence.\nYou will be responsible for:\n\nStrategic Leadership & Network Ownership\nDefine and lead the EMEA logistics and fulfilment strategy across all channels, ensuring alignment with Pandora’s global supply chain vision and commercial priorities\nOwn the end-to-end distribution network across e-commerce, POSM and transport, balancing service, cost, scalability and resilience\nAct as a key strategic partner to Global e-Com, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Cluster leadership on network design, fulfilment models and future growth initiatives\n3PL & Partner Strategy\nProvide overall accountability for 3PL and carrier performance across EMEA, including partner selection, contracting, governance and long-term relationship development\nLead strategic tender processes and QBRs in close collaboration with Global Procurement, driving value creation, innovation and performance transparency\nEnsure strong orchestration between 3PL providers, cluster e-commerce teams and global functions to secure consistent and reliable execution\nLocal Fulfilment Centre (LFC) Leadership\nHold end-to-end responsibility for the LFC network, covering performance, cost, service levels, compliance and people leadership across approximately 80 headcounts in 11 countries\nEstablish clear governance frameworks to ensure LFC operations are aligned with cluster e-commerce strategies while remaining scalable and customer-centric\nDrive standardisation, best-practice sharing and maturity of operating models across the LFC landscape\nOperational Excellence & Continuous Improvement\nLead continuous improvement initiatives across all responsibility areas, embedding operational excellence, standard processes and performance management\nEnsure successful regional implementation of global supply chain initiatives while driving locally driven optimisation where required\nOversee Facility and Security Management for the Hamburg DC\nFinancial & People Leadership\nOwn budgets across LFC operations, e-commerce fulfilment, POSM fulfilment and transportation for all channels within the region\nBuild strong leadership pipelines and organisational capabilities, developing high-performing, empowered teams across diverse markets and cultures\nFoster a performance-driven culture focused on accountability, collaboration and customer impact\n\nWhat we DREAM of:\n8 years’ experience leading cross-functional initiatives, projects & 3 PL management\nStakeholder Management\nStrong negotiation skills\nFirm finance and budget understanding \nStrong operational management capabilities\nExperience from working with Distribution Centres globally and/or 3PLs Ability to translate global strategic priorities into concrete and day-to-day initiatives\nCommitment to environmental stewardship and driving the sustainability agenda\nWe CARE about you:\nJoin our dynamic and international environment and share our values with us: WE DREAM, WE CARE, WE DARE and WE DELIVER.
