you are… \nBachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science / Information Technology\n8+ years of experience in software engineering, application development, integration engineering, or enterprise technology delivery. \n3+ years of experience leading engineering teams, including people management, coaching, performance management, and capability development. \nProven experience delivering and supporting enterprise-scale business applications and digital platforms. \nExperience managing engineering roadmaps, technical backlogs, and delivery execution in Agile environments. \nExperience working with both internal engineering teams and external technology partners. \nExperience operating in a global, matrix, or cross-functional organization. \nExposure to manufacturing technology, digital manufacturing, industrial systems, or factory operations is advantageous. \nDemonstrated understanding of: \nModern software engineering practices and SDLC. \nCloud-native application development and cloud platforms (preferably Azure). \nAPIs, system integration, event-driven architecture, and microservices. \nCI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevSecOps practices.
