When fully scaled, the state-of-the-art facility will produce up to 60 million jewellery pieces annually and employ around 7,000 craftspeople. It is powered entirely by renewable energy and built to LEED Gold certification standards.\nMain purpose of the role\nThe Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising end-to-end daily warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, storage, inventory control, production material issuance, SFG/FG handling, scrap handling, outbound preparation, and warehouse service delivery. The role ensures warehouse activities are executed safely, accurately, on time, and in compliance with SOP, SHE, quality, inventory, and system transaction requirements.\nThis role leads Warehouse Team Leaders and operators, drives daily performance, resolves operational issues, coordinates with cross-functional teams, and develops people capability to improve safety, accuracy, productivity, and service level.\nKey accountabilities\nWarehouse Operation Management:\nSupervise daily warehouse activities and allocate resources to meet operational priorities, production demand, and service level requirements.\nOversee receiving, put-away, storage, picking, issuance, internal transfer, SFG/FG handling, scrap handling, and outbound preparation.\nEnsure Warehouse Team Leaders and operators follow SOPs, work instructions, safety rules, FIFO/FEFO, chemical handling requirements, and 5S standards.\nInventory Control and System Governance:\nMaintain inventory accuracy by controlling quantity, location, batch, HU, labeling, traceability, and warehouse document discipline.\nMonitor pending SAP/EWM/ERP transactions, ensure timely closure, and escalate unresolved issues to Warehouse Manager or relevant functions.\nLead cycle count execution, stock reconciliation, variance investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.\nCompliance, Safety, and Risk Control:\nEnsure warehouse areas, storage conditions, MHE usage, chemical handling, housekeeping, and material segregation comply with company standards.\nIdentify and escalate operational risks, safety issues, damaged goods, blocked stock, expired materials, system errors, and abnormal workload.\nPeople Management and Cross-functional Coordination:\nLead, coach, and develop Warehouse Team Leaders and operators to improve discipline, accuracy, productivity, and accountability.\nManage onboarding, OJT, training matrix, backup planning, attendance follow-up, and manpower readiness.\nCoordinate with Production, Quality, Logistics, Procurement, Planning, SHE, Security, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues and maintain service level.\nJob requirement\nCollege degree or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.\nAt least 4-6 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, production material handling, inventory control, or similar operational environment.\nAt least 2 years of experience supervising team leaders or operators, managing workload, performance, training, and daily issue resolution.\nStrong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, SAP/EWM/ERP discipline, labeling, traceability, FIFO/FEFO, 5S, safety, and chemical handling requirements.\nHands-on experience with SAP/EWM/ERP warehouse monitoring, transaction follow-up, and issue escalation is required or strongly preferred.\nExperience in audit preparation, KPI follow-up, root cause analysis, and corrective action management is an
