Through data analysis, audits, investigations, training and stakeholder collaboration, the Specialist identifies risks, reduces shrinkage, improves stock integrity and supports a safe and secure store environment.\nWorking closely with Store Managers, Regional Managers, HR, Finance, Facilities, Supply Chain and Global Loss Prevention teams, the role acts as Iberia's subject matter expert for loss prevention, inventory management and store security.\nTravel across Spain and Portugal can be required.\nKey Responsibilities\nLoss Prevention & Risk Management\nDrive the loss prevention strategy across the Iberia store network.\nMonitor shrinkage trends, identify risks and implement corrective actions.\nLead investigations related to theft, fraud, operational losses and security incidents.\nPartner with HR, Retail Leadership and external authorities when required.\nConduct store audits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.\nInventory Accuracy & Stock Integrity\nOwn inventory accuracy performance across Spain and Portugal.\nMonitor cycle count, stocktake and delivery compliance.\nAnalyse inventory discrepancies and identify root causes.\nPartner with Retail Operations, Merchandising and Supply Chain teams to improve stock processes and controls.\nDrive initiatives to improve stock accuracy and inventory visibility.\nSecurity & Store Protection\nMonitor store security standards and support risk mitigation plans.\nOversee security incident reporting and follow-up.\nSupport the management of CCTV, alarms, safes and other security systems.\nProvide tools for security assessments and recommend improvements.\nTraining & Business Partnership\nDeliver loss prevention and inventory training to store and field teams.\nSupport onboarding of new Store Managers.\nPromote best practices in shrinkage prevention, inventory management and security compliance.\nAct as a trusted advisor to Store Managers and Regional Managers on loss prevention matters.\nReporting & Continuous Improvement\nProduce regular reporting on shrinkage, inventory accuracy and security incidents.\nAnalyse trends and provide actionable recommendations.\nSupport cross-functional projects aimed at reducing risk and improving operational efficiency.\nCollaborate with Global Loss Prevention and Retail Excellence teams to implement best practices.\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience\n3+ years of experience in Loss Prevention, Inventory Control, Retail Operations, Audit, Security or Risk Management.\nExperience in a multi-site retail environment.\nStrong understanding of inventory management and stock control processes.\nExperience conducting investigations and audits.\nLuxury, fashion, jewellery or consumer retail experience is an advantage.\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAdvanced Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is a plus.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.\nAbility to influence and coach teams at all levels.\nHigh level of integrity, discretion and attention to detail.\nProactive, organised and results-oriented mindset.\nLanguages\nFluent Spanish and English.\nPortuguese is a strong advantage.\nTravel\nWillingness to travel if needed across Spain and Portugal.\nDid we get your attention?\nIf you see yourself in the position and would like to become a part of Pandora’s future, please do not hesitate to apply.
