You will be responsible for driving IAM as a product, building a strong, scalable and business-oriented capability across identity lifecycle management, identity governance, authentication and authorisation, privileged access and the integration of applications and identity populations into our IAM ecosystem.\nThis is not purely an operational management role. You will combine people leadership, product ownership, IAM domain expertise, governance and delivery accountability, developing a clear IAM roadmap and continuously maturing the capabilities that underpin it.\nOperating across Pandora's corporate, retail and manufacturing environments, you will work closely with Cyber Security, Enterprise Architecture, Digital Workplace, Infrastructure, HR, application teams and technology partners to make identity simpler, more secure and more scalable.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nLead, coach and develop our IAM team, creating clear ownership, accountability and strong engineering capabilities.\nDrive IAM as a product and organizational capability, owning its roadmap, demand and prioritisation, capability maturity, adoption, performance and continuous improvement.\nDevelop and mature IAM capabilities across Identity Governance, Joiner-Mover-Leaver, access management, authentication, privileged access and identity lifecycle management.\nBuild a strong IAM engineering culture, driving automation, standardisation, reusable patterns and simplification while reducing manual processes and technical debt.\nStrengthen identity governance and establish clear business ownership and accountability for identities, roles, entitlements and access.\nEvolve IAM to support Pandora's corporate, retail and manufacturing environments, driving onboarding of applications and diverse identity populations into our IAM ecosystem.\nWork with the IAM Architect to translate IAM strategy and target architecture into capabilities and delivery.\nEnsure IAM capabilities support security, compliance and audit requirements while delivering a simple and effective identity experience.\nDefine and drive the long-term vision, strategy and operating model for IAM, ensuring alignment with Pandora's business and technology objectives.\nDrive the evolution of IAM to support emerging identity types, automation initiatives and future digital workforce capabilities.\nWe’re just a perfect match, if you are:\nSignificant experience within Identity & Access Management in a large, complex enterprise environment.\nPrevious people leadership or technical leadership experience, ideally leading IAM or Identity Engineering teams and developing high-performing technical teams\nA product-oriented mindset, with the ability to define capability of roadmaps, manage priorities and drive continuous improvement.\nStrong understanding of Identity Governance, JML, RBAC, access reviews, privileged access, SSO/MFA and identity lifecycle management.\nExperience with technologies such as SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.\nExperience building, developing and maturing IAM capabilities, operating models and governance frameworks, including defining roadmaps and driving adoption across the organization.\nExperience with complex retail and/or manufacturing identity landscapes and managing different identity populations, including workforce, third-party, privileged and non-human identities.\nStrong stakeholder management skills and the ability to connect business, security and technology perspectives and influence senior stakeholders across the organization.\nA pragmatic, outcome-focused mindset with the ability to turn strategy into execution.\nFluent English and Polish.\nPrevious experience supporting global IAM programs across multiple business units and geographies.\nOur Offer:\nStable employment on the basis of an employment contract with a basic salary and a achievable annual bonus.\nHybrid work model - 2 days per week in the office (our office is located at Domaniewska 28, with free employee parking available upon prior reservation).\nAttractive discounts on Pandora products.\nFlexible working hours (start 7am-10am, finish 3pm-6pm).\nSupport for professional competence development (including knowledge sharing, professional training).\nPREMIUM package of MEDICOVER medical care with dental care.\nGenerali Life Insurance.\nMedicover Sport Card.\nBenefits available in cafeteria program on the MyBenefit platform.\nAdditional days off e.g. for birthdays, health check.\nSubsidy for your home office equipment.\nEmployee Pension Plans (PPE).\nAdditional benefits under the company's social fund (e.g., holiday or kindergarten subsidies).\nEmployee Referral Program.\nPandora’s recruitment procedures are designed to be transparent and clear for all candidates.
