operational efficiency.\nLead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall performance.\nContribute standard time/ time analysis to initiatives Improvement on responsible area for continuous improvement.\n\nReporting:\nGenerate weekly and monthly reports on standard time metrics, team performance, and project status.\nProvide insights and recommendations to higher management based on the analysis of data.\n\nTeam Leadership:\nSupervise and lead a team of standard time professionals, providing clear actionable tasks and fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.\nConduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.\nProvide training to team members on standard time management processes and tools\n\nEducational background:\nBachelor ‘s Degree or higher in Engineering, business, operations management, Graduate from Industrial engineering is a plus or a related field.\nPivotal and professional qualifications:\nMinimum 3 years experiences in manufacturing business.\nGood knowledge in industrial process.\nExperience in standard time creation, line balancing and capacity calculation\nWorking as a coordinator with cross functional team.\nExperience with jewelry industry is a plus.\nExperience in a supervisory or team leadership role, preferably in standard time management.\nStrong understanding of industry standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.\nExcellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.\nProficiency in standard time management tools and software.\nPersonal Competencies:\nGood interpersonal skill, communications, quick ability to learn, work follow up and able to work hard under pressure.\nGood knowledge in IE technique , MTM method\nPossess of problem-solving skill, systematic and logical thinking, and organizing\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making.\nEffective communication skills, both written and verbal.\nComputer Skills:\nMicrosoft Office, Statistical tools,Power BI, Share point\nStandard time, DynamicAX2012, ERPs FlexPLM, SAP, Basic knowledge of AI/DS, Data
