comprehensive reports.\nMaintain accurate laboratory records and ensure compliance with data integrity standards.\nPrepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and experimental documentation.\nPrepare scientific figures, presentations, reports, manuscripts, and supporting documentation for internal and external communications.\nPresent research findings during laboratory meetings, project reviews, and scientific discussions.\nResearch and Innovation\nTroubleshoot and optimize experimental workflows in a fast-paced research environment.\nContribute to study design, hypothesis generation, and interpretation of scientific findings.\nStay updated with current literature and emerging technologies in ophthalmology, molecular biology, and regenerative medicine.\nCollaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams across academic, clinical, and industry partners.\nRequired Qualifications\nPhD in Ophthalmology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.\n3+ years of postdoctoral experience in the relevant field\nDesired Attributes\nStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.\nAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively within
