The role focuses on laboratory coordination, inventory management, equipment monitoring, material traceability, documentation, and QMS support in close collaboration with R&D and Operations teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage daily laboratory operations, housekeeping, facility coordination, and laboratory utilization.\nMaintain equipment and asset records, track preventive maintenance, calibration, repairs, and vendor visits.\nMonitor refrigerators, freezers, and temperature-controlled equipment, ensuring accurate logs and timely escalation of deviations.\nManage inventory of chemicals, reagents, consumables, expiry dates, stock levels, and replenishment.\nCoordinate material receipt, storage, issue, dispatch, and maintain accurate GRN/GDN and movement records.\nCoordinate sample and material logistics between sites and external partners, ensuring proper packaging, tracking, and traceability.\nMaintain controlled SOPs, forms, logbooks, checklists, and other QMS documents, ensuring documentation accuracy and version control.\nSupport audits, regulatory readiness, laboratory safety, biosafety, waste management, and corrective-action closure.\nMaintain operational trackers and coordinate with R&D, Finance, Administration, vendors, and service providers to improve efficiency and compliance.\nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or a related discipline;
