This expertise assures you of our ability to handle the largest and most complex packages quickly and efficiently.\nJob Summary:\nPanelmatic Inc. is seeking a Fabrication and Assembly Technician for first shift production. The Technician will follow shop drawings to drill, cut, grind, assemble, and install devices onto control panels according to shop standards.\nJob Duties:\nRead and interpret blueprints and layout drawings\nLayout device locations on stainless and mild steel enclosures\nUse plasma cutter, jig saw, grinder, drills, and hole saws to make cutouts for devices\nUse hand and power tools to layout, measure, drill, and tap steel plates\nInstall din rail, wire duct, equipment, terminal blocks, and nameplates \nEnsure project quality is within the specification\nMaintain a clean and safe work area\nPerform tasks within quoted hours for each project\nPerform additional duties as needed to ensure the project schedule and timeline are met\nCustomer site work as needed\nRequirements\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required\nOne year or more of experience in metal working tools required\nHigh levels of organizational and time management skills required\nHigh levels of analytical, observational, and active listening skills required\nHigh levels of reliability required\nExcellent communication skills both written and verbal required\nUS work authorization without sponsorship
