This expertise assures you of our ability to handle the largest and most complex packages quickly and efficiently.\nJob Summary:\nPanelmatic is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Integration Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of the integration team at the Conroe facility. This role is responsible for supervising personnel, coordinating production activities, ensuring quality workmanship, and supporting the successful integration, testing, and delivery of industrial control panels and automation systems.\nThe Integration Supervisor works closely with engineering, project management, production, and quality teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with customer specifications and company standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge of industrial control systems and a commitment to continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence.\nJob Duties:\nSupervise and coordinate daily activities of integration technicians and production personnel\nAssign work priorities to support production schedules and customer delivery requirements\nEnsure electrical assemblies and control systems are built according to engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications\nMonitor productivity, workflow, and labor utilization to improve operational efficiency\nSupport troubleshooting, testing, and issue resolution during integration and FAT activities\nCoordinate with engineering, project management, procurement, and quality teams to resolve production or technical issues\nEnsure compliance with UL508A, NEC, customer requirements, and internal quality standards\nConduct inspections and verify workmanship throughout the production process\nPromote and enforce all company safety policies and procedures\nLead employee training, coaching, and development initiatives\nParticipate in hiring, onboarding, and performance management activities\nMaintain accurate production and reporting documentation\nIdentify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within the integration process\nSupport Lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives\nAssist with inventory, materials coordination, and production planning as needed\nRequirements\nMinimum Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or GED required\n5+ years of experience in industrial control panel manufacturing, integration, or automation systems\nAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings\nWorking knowledge of industrial control systems, PLCs, VFDs, and automation equipment\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\nStrong organizational and communication skills\nAbility to lead teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment\nProficient with Microsoft Office applications\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and work within a manufacturing environment\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAssociate degree or technical certification in Electrical Technology, Automation, Industrial Systems, or related field\n2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience\nFamiliarity with UL508A, NEC, and industrial electrical standards\nExperience with ERP/MRP systems\nLean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience\nExperience supporting Factory
