This expertise assures you of our ability to handle the largest and most complex packages quickly and efficiently.\nJob Summary:\nPanelmatic, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Pricing Systems & Analytics Specialist to build and maintain the pricing tools that Sales and Estimating use to produce accurate, consistent quotes.\nThis individual owns the company’s pricing applications and drives their move toward more scalable, user-friendly solutions through automation, integrations, and modern interfaces. Success requires advanced technical skill plus working knowledge of estimating methods and commercial processes.\nThe role works most closely with Estimating, Sales, Finance and partners across functions to keep pricing tools accurate, efficient, and aligned with business objectives.\nJob Duties:\nOwn and maintain all pricing and estimating tools.\nKeep pricing models accurate and aligned with engineering standards and commercial strategy.\nManage version control, testing, and rollout of pricing tool updates.\nProvide day-to-day troubleshooting and support to estimators and sales.\nSimplify complex pricing workflows.\nBuild enhancements that improve usability, speed, and accuracy.\nBuild advanced Excel solutions using:\nPower Query\nPower Pivot\nVBA (where appropriate)\nDynamic arrays\nAdvanced formulas\nEvaluate migrating Excel tools to more scalable platforms such as:\nPower Apps\nWeb-based applications\nCPQ platforms\nSalesforce integrations\nERP-connected pricing applications\nPartner with IT and developers on simple user interfaces that hide pricing complexity without changing business rules.\nLearn the company’s products, manufacturing processes, options, and commercial offerings.\nTranslate engineering and product requirements into pricing logic.\nWork with Engineering and Product Management to add new products and design changes to pricing tools.\nLearn estimating workflows and recommend improvements.\nAct as the go-to resource for pricing tool questions.\nTrain new users on pricing applications and best practices.\nHelp with complex pricing and quoting scenarios.\nSupport standardization across estimating teams.\nBuild dashboards and reports covering:\nTool performance\nOutput and accuracy\nUse data to identify process improvements.\nDocument pricing methodologies and system logic.\nRecommend changes that cut manual effort and improve data quality.\nSupport pricing systems, CPQ, CRM, and digital transformation initiatives.\nRequirements\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).\n2-5 years supporting pricing, estimating, sales operations, or business systems.\nExpert-level Microsoft Excel skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Detail-oriented and customer-focused, with a systems-thinking approach.\nAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nClear communicator with technical and non-technical users.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nManufacturing or engineered-to-order product experience including switchgear, control enclosures, relays, or other power distribution equipment.\nPricing or estimating software experience\nPower BI, Power Apps, SQL, or Power Automate.\nSalesforce, CPQ, or ERP.\nBasic VBA or low-code development.\nImproved speed and accuracy of quotations.\nReduced maintenance effort for pricing tools.\nIncreased user adoption and satisfaction.\nReduction in manual pricing errors.\nSuccessful modernization of legacy Excel applications.\nDelivery of actionable sales
