This expertise assures you of our ability to handle the largest and most complex packages quickly and efficiently.\nJob Summary:\nPanelmatic is seeking a detail-oriented experienced Project Manager. The Project Manager plans and develops the production projects. They need to create and lead the team, monitor project progress, set deadlines, solve issues that arise, manage money, ensure customer satisfaction, and evaluate project performance, including the performance of their team members.\nJob Duties:\nManage multiple projects from pre-booking to customer final acceptance\nPrioritize and direct project activities during the project lifecycle to include planning, scheduling, design, procurement, manufacturing, integration, testing, shipping, and subsequent handoff to customer\nManage and maintain overall responsibility for all details of each assigned project\nEnsure assigned projects meet contractual objectives by effectively managing the project cost, and scope\nAct as the primary contact between the customer and the organization to maintain existing customer relationships and drive customer satisfaction while meeting business objectives\nProvide consultation on proposal development as required\nParticipate in the internal kick-off meeting from sales/estimating to the organization\nInitiate and lead the customer kick-off meeting\nCommunicate specification requirements to the team to ensure each member is aware of his/her obligations\nAllocate project resources based on initial commitments\nActively develop and manage the project with input from various departments to ensure alignment with both internal and external commitments\nConduct project-specific meetings with both in-house personnel and the customer, as needed\nFollow document management processes for project documentation to ensure compliance with business, contractual, and document retention requirements/laws\nManage the scope and deliverables from vendors and subcontractors\nValidate project terms, conditions, and commercial viability using a quote and standard business practices as the baseline\nParticipate and present project status at production meetings, as required\nEstablish and purchase a Bill of Material to be furnished by PBS\nure proper updating and reporting of project status to the customer\nPrepare or oversee the preparation of contractual invoicing, pursue timely payments from the customer, and authorize payments for major buys to material suppliers and subcontractors\nObtain formal acceptance from the Customer for all contractual deliverables\nAuthorize and approve all project shipments\nEnsure completion of project closeout activities\nIs accountable for the commercial success, customer satisfaction, and delivery of the assigned project\nRequirements\nBA or BS in electrical engineering preferred\nTwo years or more of experience in project management in a manufacturing environment preferred\nPMP preferred\nThree plus years of experience in an electrical role or industry required\nThree plus years of experience in project management in a manufacturing environment required\nAnalytical abilities and problem-solving skills required\nExcellent communication skills both written and verbal required\nGrowth mindset with the ability to accept challenges required\nAbility to pass physical, drug, driving, and background check required\nAbility to physically push, pull, and lift 50lbs or
