This expertise assures you of our ability to handle the largest and most complex packages quickly and efficiently.\nJob Summary:\nWe are seeking an experienced Senior IT Support Specialist to provide top-tier technical support and manage various aspects of IT operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong technical expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for continuous learning. This role involves supporting end-users, managing infrastructure, and optimizing systems through automation and process improvements.\nJob Duties:\nProvide comprehensive technical support to end-users via phone, email, remotely, or in person.\nManage help desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.\nAdminister and support the Microsoft 365 Suite.\nManage user onboarding processes.\nMaintain IT hardware and software inventory.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to network, computer, email, Internet, and third-party applications.\nCoordinate hardware/software repairs with vendors.\nAnalyze user issues and implement preventative solutions through automation or documentation.\nSupport IT infrastructure maintenance, including servers, SaaS platforms, and integrations.\nCreate and update IT documentation, how-to guides, and training resources.\nPerform other tasks and duties as assigned by management.\nRequirements\n 10 plus years of experience in technical or IT support role required\n Demonstrated ability to work independently or within a team to manage projects.\n ITIL certification or familiarity with the ITIL framework required\n Familiarity with cloud-based services and technologies required\nExperience with enterprise business applications and systems required\nAbility to pass physical, drug, driving, and background check required\nAbility to physically push, pull, and lift 25 lbs or more required\nAbility to sit, stand, and walk for four plus hours at a time required\nAlignment with company core values
