You will own the systems, processes and data supporting Sales, Account Management and Customer Success across the customer lifecycle. Working with B2B leadership, Marketing, FP&A, Data and partners, you will help shape business plans, improve revenue visibility and support growth and retention.\nResponsibilities\nOwn CRM architecture and data quality, and standardize workflows, account management and pipeline tracking across Sales, Account Management and Customer Success.\nEnrich target accounts with contacts, roles and direct contact details, and build outbound prospecting lists for sales and account management teams.\nIdentify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across services such as car wash, toll roads and Car Fleet, and surface churn risks within the existing customer base.\nCalculate monthly quota attainment for payroll, maintain commission models and prepare monthly and quarterly MRR forecasts.\nOwn lead source attribution across Marketing, Outbound and SDRs.
