Our systems process transactions worth approximately NIS 2 billion annually and scale from tens of thousands to millions of transactions during peak financial periods.\nThis is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact on critical, high-scale systems, develop new capabilities that support Pango’s continued growth, and help shape how AI is embedded in our products and development processes.\nResponsibilities\nTake end-to-end ownership of projects, including design, development, testing, monitoring, and maintenance.\nDesign and develop new features and capabilities that support Pango’s growing products, business domains, and evolving billing needs.\nDesign and implement complex integration systems in the billing domain.\nBuild and maintain scalable systems that process high volumes of financial transactions.\nImprove team velocity through automation, adoption of new technologies, implementation of smart AI-powered solutions, and better development practices.\nContribute to the development of AI Agents, skills, and workflows within the Billing Platform team.\nCollaborate with multiple internal teams and external partners.\nHandle ongoing production issues as part of the team’s daily work.\nContribute to the team’s technical knowledge by suggesting creative solutions and promoting fresh thinking.\nRequirements\nAt least 4 years of experience in complex backend development using C# or Python, within distributed systems environments.\nAbility to quickly grasp complex systems and business domains, ask the right questions, and turn ambiguous problems into simple, practical solutions.\nProven ability to design and build scalable systems using OOP principles.\nStrong experience with relational and NoSQL databases\nProven experience building distributed systems and microservices -
