You may already have Account Executive experience or may be a high-performing SDR or BDR and are ready to take ownership of a full sales cycle. You will need to be commercially sharp, comfortable learning a technical product, and able to operate independently within an early-stage company.\nThis is a full-time, on-site role in our Brooklyn office reporting to our VP of Sales.\nWhat You'll Do\nQualify inbound opportunities\n\nConduct discovery calls and product demonstrations\n\nUnderstand each prospect’s needs, buying process, and decision criteria\n\nCoordinate free and paid pilots\n\nEstablish pilot goals and success criteria\n\nMaintain momentum throughout the evaluation process\n\nDevelop proposals and manage commercial negotiations\n\nClose new business\n\nMaintain accurate pipeline and forecast information\n\nPartner with Customer Success during account transitions\n\nHelp improve Pangram’s sales messaging and processes\n\nShare customer and market feedback with company leadership\n\nQualifications\nYou are a great candidate for this role if you have:\nExperience in software sales, business development, account management, or another customer-facing position\n\nA history of strong performance against goals or quota\n\nThe ability to manage, or quickly grow into managing, a full sales cycle\n\nStrong discovery and relationship-building skills\n\nClear and confident written and verbal communication\n\nHigh level of organization and follow-through\n\nThe ability to learn a technical and data-oriented product\n\nComfort communicating with a range of customer stakeholders\n\nThe ability to work with urgency without sacrificing quality\n\nAn interest in working within an early-stage company\n\nStrongly Preferred:\nExperience as an Account Executive, SDR, or BDR\n\nExperience conducting discovery calls or product demonstrations\n\nExperience supporting pilots, trials, or proofs of concept\n\nExposure to AI, SaaS, publishing, media, APIs, or enterprise software\n\nCompensation\n$160,000 -
