You will work directly with the founders, head of growth, our lead designer and product manager to join a design function that is just beginning to take shape. You will have the opportunity to connect Pangram’s visual identity directly to Pangram's mission to be the voice of authenticity across the Internet.\nThis is a full-time, on-site role in our Brooklyn office reporting to our Design Lead.\nWhat You’ll Do\nTake ownership, define and evolve Pangram’s visual identity and system across brand, web, and product touchpoints\n\nBuild and maintain cohesive brand assets, guidelines and documentations\n\nDesign and ship Pangram’s main website and other brand experiences.\n\nWork with growth team, create marketing materials and assets across formats: social media, launch announcements, campaign visuals, sales collateral, event materials and merchandises.\n\nWork with product team to bring brand into product experiences\n\nSet the quality bar for how Pangram look and feel, manage QA across the stack\n\nQualifications\nYou are a great fit for this role if you have\n5+ years of experience as a Visual or Brand Designer, ideally in a tech-focused company\n\nStrong experience designing and shipping modern, interactive web experiences\n\nA portfolio demonstrating exceptional brand, visual, and graphic design work and application across multiple touchpoints.\n\nStrong visual design fundamentals, including typography, layout, color and art directions.\n\nHands on experience shipping real products to users\n\nExceptional visual craftsmanship and taste\n\nStrong attention to consistency and detail\n\nExperience in collaborating with product and cross-functional teams\n\nNice to Have\nYou are an exceptional candidate for this role if you also have\nMotion graphics and animation experience\n\nProduct design (UI/UX) experience\n\nUser research experience\n\nIn-house experience in tech company owning and evolving brand over
