We manage more than 900 short-term vacation rental properties along the Florida Panhandle, delivering exceptional guest experiences while building strong relationships with our homeowners.\nPosition Summary\nWe’re hiring for two levels of our property management team in Panama City Beach: Associate Property Manager and Property Manager. Both roles focus on caring for homes, building owner trust, and working with our teams to resolve issues and improve the guest experience. The scope of responsibility will reflect each person’s experience.\nThe Associate Property Manager will support owner communication, property inspections, maintenance coordination, and follow-through across an assigned group of homes. This role is a good fit for someone with hospitality experience who is ready to grow into greater ownership of a portfolio.\nThe Property Manager will independently manage owner relationships and the needs of an assigned portfolio. This person will lead communication on complex issues and projects, anticipate owner needs, and recommend improvements that strengthen each home’s performance and presentation.\nAt either level, you’ll succeed by listening carefully, communicating clearly, staying organized, and following through on what you promise.\nResponsibilities\nInspect properties, especially before owner arrivals, to maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and functionality.\nBuild relationships with owners through regular updates, clear expectations, and responsive service.\nCoordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve maintenance and property concerns.\nTrack projects through completion and keep owners informed of progress.\nReview guest feedback and property trends to identify opportunities for upgrades and improvements.\nAddress owner concerns calmly and professionally.\nUse tools such as Microsoft Teams, Breezeway, Reva, and internal databases to keep work organized and information current.\nPrioritize competing needs while maintaining attention to detail and dependable follow-through.\nCollaborate with onsite teams and support a positive, coachable team culture.\nProperty Managers will take primary responsibility for their assigned owner relationships and portfolio, including more complex concerns, larger projects, and proactive recommendations. Associate Property Managers will build toward that level of responsibility with support from experienced team members.\nQualifications\nAssociate Property Manager\nHospitality, vacation rental, customer service, or property operations experience preferred.\nStrong communication and organizational skills.\nWillingness to learn property standards, take ownership of tasks, and follow through.\nProperty Manager\nAt least 2 years of direct hospitality experience, such as vacation rentals, hotels, or property management.\nExperience managing client or owner relationships, coordinating projects, and resolving service concerns.\nAbility to work independently, balance competing priorities, and identify ways to improve a property.\nFor both roles, we value people who are thoughtful, dependable, calm under pressure, and comfortable working across departments.\nCompensation & Benefits\nAssociate Property Manager: $45,000-$55,000 annually, depending on experience\n Property Manager: $50,000-$65,000 annually, depending on experience\nHealth, dental, and vision insurance\nGenerous 401(k) match\nGrowth opportunities and performance raises\nMentorship from experienced vacation rental professionals\nWhy Join Panhandle Getaways?\nWe’re a stable, locally owned company with deep roots in the community and one of the largest vacation rental portfolios in the area.
