We take pride in providing high quality service and building a team that reflects that standard.\nRole Overview\nWe are hiring a Front Desk Agent and Reservations Agent to join our guest services team in Panama City Beach. This is a hospitality and hotel style front desk role focused on vacation rentals rather than a traditional hotel property, so experience in short term rentals, hotels, resorts, or resort management is all relevant background.\nYou will be the first point of contact for guests, both in person and by phone, and you will play a critical part in driving bookings, managing reservations, and delivering a high quality guest experience.
