You'll transform customer requirements and insights into actionable plans with our LP, Growth and Product teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nDeliver and coordinate the operations capacity to convert pilots, expand customers, and drive revenue from zero to one. Manage AI, software development and human in the loop to provide our product and service to customer delight.\n\nCustomer Obsession: Conduct customer research, client calls, and interviews to uncover operational pain points, transform insights into product requirements, and launch new pilot programs with retail partners to validate solutions in real-world environments\n\nPilot Execution: Coordinating teams to accomplish installations, data integrations, and pilot operations.\n\nStakeholder Management: Master stakeholder relationships across retail operations, loss prevention, store management, and corporate leadership while aligning business and technology teams\n\nPartnering with technology teams: You’ll write speclets, PRDs, personas and collaborate with Product Owners and their teams who deliver new features in 2-week sprints\n\nProduct Strategy: Define product vision and roadmap, create and refine customer personas, identify market opportunities\n\nTeam Leadership: Lead and create momentum with our Sales, Operations, Success, Support, Product teams to ensure smooth rollouts and operations\n\nP&L accountability: Create and maintain profit and loss reports for our services and lead the team to deliver features to market with a path to increasingly strong margins.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n3+ years Product Management or Product Development experience (1+ years B2B/enterprise)\n\nEntrepreneurial with a hustler mindset\n\nProven track record launching and scaling successful products\n\nExperience leading Product Designers and partnering with engineering\n\nStrong agile/scrum and sprint-based delivery experience\n\nExcellent stakeholder management across organizational levels\n\nExceptional communication skills with ability to influence without authority\n\nTechnical acumen to discuss concepts with engineering teams\n\nDemonstrated customer obsession and analytical skills\n\nProject management experience\n\nNice to Have\n3+ years experience designing and refining workflows for human backoffice teams\n\nRetail industry experience, particularly operations or store management in grocery or classic retail\n\nBackground with Loss Prevention teams and retail security\n\nKnowledge of retail systems (POS, inventory management)\n\nExperience with video analytics or AI-powered retail solutions\n\nProficient using AI tools for visualizing ideas, prototyping and refining product specifications\n\nExperience with Computer Vision based solutions\n\nOperations management experience\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nGenuinely curious
